Refund Policy

Request Cancellation and Refund

Whenever you are under our subscription order, you may request to cancel and refund the subscription order anytime, we will refund the remaining prorated amount to you according to the order quantity you have consumed and the balance quantity that has not yet been fulfilled.

 

Refund Procedure

We may request for cancellation and refund with the following steps:

  1. Log in and go to My Account > My Subscription, select the particular subscription order to view details, then on the ‘cancel/revoke’ section you may click the ‘cancel’ button and confirm the cancellation and refund.
  2. We will be notified and process your refund request as soon as possible.
  3. You will receive an email notification when the refund is processed.
  4. The refunded amount will be credited back to the same credit/debit card that was used to pay within 7 – 14 working days.

Kindly note that the products consumed and shipping fees are non-refundable; Once a refund is initiated, the refund cannot be cancelled; There is also processing fee of RM2 incurred for each refund request.

 

Calculation Example

The refund amount is calculated based on prorated model according to the remaining order quantity balance and others fee incurred.

Refund amount = Subscription Plan Payment – Order Quantity Fulfilled – Processing Fee

For example, customer A subscribed kampung eggs yearly plan (total 12 trays of eggs), after 6 months, 6 trays of eggs had been fulfilled. Now he wants to cancel and refund, so the refund amount he will get is:

RM179.00 – (RM18.00 x 6 trays) – RM2 = RM69.00
